| About Carol Miller Born with the gift of an artful eye, Carol Miller's ability to catch "the decisive moment" has earned her prominence in the world of photography. Heralded as evocative, elegant and imaginative, Carol has perfected the art of weaving a graceful, visual voice into the storyline of a commemorative event. Carol's fine art photography reflects a strong design sense, enabling her to redefine the camera's vision. Her use of light and color and the softening of sharp lines convey her pictorial ideals of romanticism, sentimentality and exhilaration. Never upstaging her subjects, she moves inconspicuously through every facet of an event - overlooking nothing - capturing special moments, and the subject's essential characteristics, as they naturally unfold. From the significant to the subtle, she documents all the grace, emotion and moments of humor that make each event and portrait unique. Viewers are left with tantalizing portraits that are devastatingly honest. A native from New Jersey, a passion for world travel, romance languages - she speaks five of them - and the creative arts compelled Carol to go into photography.
